Trade-in is easy and profitable
The trade-in program lets you exchange a bicycle previously purchased from our store for a new one with an additional payment.
This is especially relevant for kids’ bikes: children grow quickly, and the need to upgrade a bike comes sooner than you might expect.
The program applies to the brands featured in our Kids’ Bikes collection. This means you can return any bike bought from us and receive up to 40% off a new model.
How it works

Choose a new bike on our website or in the store.

Check whether your current bike meets the trade-in program requirements.

Take a photo of your bike or bring it to the store for an inspection.

Receive a discount. The discount amount depends on the bike’s technical condition. Cosmetic defects (scratches, scuffs) do not affect the discount.

Complete your purchase with the discount applied.
Frequently asked questions
Every bike goes through a complete service check: worn-out parts are replaced, and the bike is fully prepared for riding. Cosmetic defects like scratches or scuffs are acceptable.
Yes. You can visit our store to see the bikes in person, test them, and pick the one that suits you. Accessories (such as bells or fenders) are passed along with the bike from the previous owner.
No. A bike can only be traded in once.
